Graduate Trainee Financial Adviser Scheme
We intend to recruit & train 30 graduates over the next 12 months, to join the 27 we currently have at various stages within our graduate programme.
Our Training Programme
In summary, the programme we offer will enable you to:-
• Become a fully qualified and trained Independent Financial Adviser.
• Gain hands on knowledge and experience in the financial services industry with full support provided.
• Undertake finance related qualifications - study for Chartered status.
• Gain awareness of all the latest financial developments.
• Learn how to advise customers on financial matters - selecting investment plans to suit their needs and review existing policies to their ever-changing needs and personal circumstances.
• Receive ongoing training and support.
What is a Financial Adviser?
A financial adviser is a professional who provides investment advice and financial planning services to individuals & businesses. A financial adviser helps a client maximise their assets while minimising the risk, by making recommendations on ways to utilise money. The role involves advising clients on products & services available, ensuring they are aware of, & understand, those that best meet their needs, & then securing a sale.
Financial advisers at Buckles are independent. An independent financial adviser (IFAs), can advise on any company's products, and by law must provide clients with the most suitable advice.
