Graduate Training
Induction
You will receive a tailored induction, to help you understand our business and the role that you will have to play at Buckles. Your induction will help orientate you into the Company and allow you to see our culture and values.
Professional training
You will receive top quality personalised training and support towards gaining your Certificate for Financial Advisers. We have an external trainer, who will guide you through your professional studies. You will be given some study leave and financial support to help you through your exams.
In return, we expect commitment and hard work from you. Your professional exams are demanding, but your dedication and our support will ensure you succeed.
Training and Development – Graduate Development Programme
During your time on our Graduate Development Programme, you will be challenged, assessed, and challenged again. Through a combination of in-depth training and on-the-job experience you will quickly develop skills needed to succeed in this competitive industry. You will also be assigned a mentor, who will work with you to help you develop your skills and knowledge, and ensure that you are exposed to all areas of our business.
Over the course of the programme, you will be involved in various aspects of financial planning. You will gather research on products, go on accompanied visits with qualified advisers, spend time in our Appointments Department, actively participate in training sessions, undertake role plays and have regular one to ones.
At the end of the Development Programme, you will undertake a final assessment, to ensure that you have the knowledge, expertise and skills to become an Independent Financial Adviser.
