Youngest Adviser in UK with Diploma in Financial Planning

Miss Claire Horrill, an Advanced Financial Planner at Rhyl-based IFA, Buckles Investment Services, is currently the youngest person in the UK to achieve the Diploma in Financial Planning, according to the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Claire, who has just turned 22, joined Buckles in Novem
ber 2002 straight from Prestatyn High School. Starting as office junior, she joined the Buckles graduate training and development programme in March 2006, passing all exams with flying colours.
After nine months on the graduate training and development programme, Claire became an IFA in January 2007 and advises clients of all aspects of financial planning. Claire is now studying towards CII’s Advanced Diploma and aspires to Chartered status in due course.
