Buckles wins another prestigious industry award

Buckles Investment Services Ltd., the Rhyl-based Independent Financial Adviser, has won a prestigious award at The Widows Awards 2008, run by the leading provider Scottish Widows.
Buckles’ Graduate Training and Development Programme, won the Industry Initiative of the Year category, given to the IFA firm that has created a new initiative in financial services, or championed a cause, that will better the industry for consumers and/or intermediaries.
Every year Scottish Widows chooses four prominent, experienced and well respected judges, each with a different perspective on the life and pensions industry, to decide on the winners of the awards.
Nigel Speirs, Chief Executive of Buckles, who was presented with an Oscar sized bronze statue of the Scottish Widow at a Gala Dinner at the Guildhall, City of London, commented:
